Payments made/received after close of business day (5 p.m. PST Monday-Friday or 4 p.m. PST on Saturday & Sundays) will not be posted until the following day and may be considered late. Locks on over locked units may be removed the following day.
All rent is due on your Anniversary date (the date you rented the unit). If your unit is occupied on or after the Anniversary date, full rent is due for that month. If your unit is occupied after that day of the month, no refunds will be given.
We collect from you only the personal information you voluntarily provide in order to deliver the best possible service. If you choose to process an online payment or reservation we ask you to provide us with information necessary to process your order including, but not limited to, name, physical address, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, company name, title credit card number, expiration date, and storage unit number. We collect your email address so that we can send you information about your transaction and its status. The credit card information that is collected is used strictly for billing purposes.
